This converted granary building offers a stylish modern finish with the original charm of its Grade II listed features. Exposed stone walls, wooden beams and the old lifeboat oars add a unique feel to this stunning three-bedroom conversion. This Salt & City property sleeps six with family dining and open plan living under the original vaulted roof. Views over the Catherdral Tower, Bishops Palace and Carn Llidi steal the show. Centrally located with everything you need for a family escape. Enter The Granary via external steps to the front. The Raised Ground Floor has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with double electric oven and induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave. The dining table seats eight guests. There is a twin bedroom with wash hand basin, and a further twin bedroom with an ensuite shower and WC. Completing the floor is a utility room with a washing machine. The first floor has a fantastic large living Room, partially divided by modern stair from ground floor with three sofas, an armchair and free view digital TV with video games. The area is perfectly set up for multi-generational families to relax and enjoy. The Master bedroom with Super king bed has an ensuite 'Jack & Jill' bathroom with shower bath (Hans Grohe fittings), toilet and washbasin. This property is happy to accommodate a well behaved dogs but please note a fee of £25 applies. You will have private and exclusive access The Granary. Please note the parking at the front of the property is suitable for loading and unloading only - a parking permit is provided for the local car park. To make the most of Pembrokeshire, we recommend you have access to a car during your stay. Parking for one car is included with a permit for the local car park. There's plenty to be explored by bike, and there is a local bus service, the coastal shuttle, which will take you around the smaller villages, ideal for the return journey after a long coast path walk. - There is no parking at the property. However, a parking permit is provided for the duration of your stay for use at the Merrivale car park which is a 4-minute walk from the property. There is a bay directly outside the property for loading only. - We welcome well-behaved pets - max 1 per booking for a fee of £25.
